The photographer complies with the EU's GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) legislation and the DPA (Data Protection Act) around the usage of personal data. Personal data of the client required by the photographer for business transactions get saved. The client agrees to the transfer of personal data (pictures, name, first name) to third party providers. The transfer of personal data is relevant for the fulfilment of the contract. Without consent, the agreed services can not be fulfilled.
